BPMN Process Knowledge and Experience Key Responsibilities: Assess, analyze, and optimize enterprise business processes. Document processes and ensure seamless implementation. Interact with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating design workshops and conducting end-user training. Lead presentations to senior management and executives.Collaborate with stakeholders to build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and IT assets. Qualifications and Skills: Proficient in Enterprise Business Process Management. Experienced in facilitating workshops with business users, up to executive level. Skilled in scoping, sizing, and planning all business aspects of a solution.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and tools like Jira and Confluence. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Process Engineering. Knowledge of BPMN and experience with process mapping tools like Aris. Exposure to business process transformation and integrating technologies. Preferred Experience:Transactional banking products.
