(with previous Industry experience) to join their team. Duties&Responsibilities

Drive Sales&Revenue Growth in the

Pretoria Region

by identifying new business opportunities. Promote the company's service offering to both Commercial&Residential Clients (including Hygiene Services, Carpet Cleaning&High Rise Window Cleaning). Build relationships with clients and customers. Offer advice&recommendations to customers. Conduct product and market research. Price&contract negotiation. Create proposals&make bids for business. Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and other third parties. Desired Experience&Qualification

Minimum of 5 years experience in the Cleaning&Facilities Management Industry. Must be well-spoken and presentable. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to speak Afrikaans. Must have own reliable vehicle. Must be a self-driven team player. Strong on client relationships and strong communication skills. Strong organizational skills.Problem-solving experience. Ability to work under pressure. Package&Remuneration

Market related - based on 5-8 years previous industry experience.
