Senior Road Freight and Stock Controller . Candidates need to be of a senior level with

excellent communication and relationship-building skills . The role requires

strong data management skills using MS Excel ,

stock management experience , and

knowledge of Road Freight and Stock Management . Key account management experience is essential, and the candidate must be available to travel to the DRC approximately 4 times a year. The

salary range

is between R 40,000.00 and R 50,000.00, negotiable. Benefits include a

10% pension contribution from the company ,

medical aid at R2896.00 per month ,

cell phone allowance of R500.00 per month , and

Road Loading KPIs:

Loading Accuracy, Average Loading Time per Vehicle, Vehicle Utilization, On-Time Vehicle Dispatch Rate, Loading Error Rate. Stock Management KPIs:

Inventory Accuracy, Stock Turnover Ratio, Stock Shrinkage Rate, Cycle Count Accuracy, Stockout Frequency. Combined Operational KPIs:

Cost per Load, Daily Load Volume, Order Fulfillment Rate, Health&Safety Compliance Rate, Operational Downtime. Customer Liaison&Relationship KPIs:

Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), First Contact Resolution Rate, Response Time to Customer Queries, Delivery Issue Resolution Time, Customer Retention/Repeat Business Rate, Customer Complaint Rate.
