Senior Professional Architect - Commercial and Retail Location: Sandton, Gauteng | Type: Permanent, Full-time | Salary: R25,000 - R70,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
Required Qualifications and Experience
B Arch or similar
SACAP registration is preferred
5 - 10+ years of experience in retail and commercial architecture
Design oriented and technically skilled
Proficiency with Revit, Autocad, SketchUp and Lumion (preferred multidisciplinary software skills)
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare reports, technical drawings and architectural specifications
Perform site inspections and attend meetings
Conduct research and investigations
Provide technical and administrative support
Ensure quality system procedures are followed in the production and issuance of designs, costing, drawings and standard details
Maintain regular contact and communication
