Description
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes performance marketing. This role requires someone highly experienced in planning, launching, managing, and optimising digital campaigns across all major platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, commercially minded, and confident running paid campaigns on Google and across social media platforms to drive measurable growth.
 You must be comfortable managing full-funnel campaigns, working with data daily, and continuously optimising for ROI, lead quality, and conversions

This role is not focused on:
  • Organic social media management
  • Community management
  • Content creation as a primary function
  • SEO as a core responsibility
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
  • Own and manage paid media campaigns end‑to‑end across:
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • TikTok Ads
    • Other relevant paid platforms as required
  • Translate business objectives into clear paid media strategies and funnels
  • Manage full campaign lifecycle: audience research, targeting, setup, optimisation, scaling, and reporting
Performance Marketing & Optimisation
  • Build and optimise conversion‑focused funnels (lead gen, applications, sales)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
  • Continuously test and iterate:
    • Ad copy
    • Creative formats
    • Audiences
    • Bidding strategies
  • Monitor and optimise key metrics including:
    • CPA / CPL
    • ROAS
    • CTR
    • Other performance metrics
  • Actively reduce wasted spend and improve efficiency through ongoing optimisation
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
  • Own tracking and measurement across all paid platforms using:
    • GA4
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Platform pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Ensure conversion tracking is correctly implemented and maintained
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly paid media performance reports with:
    • Clear insights
    • Performance trends
    • Actionable optimisation recommendations
  • Confidently explain performance results to stakeholders and leadership
Creative & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with content and design teams to brief performance‑led creatives
  • Provide clear creative direction based on data and platform best practices
  • Ensure all paid creatives align with brand guidelines while prioritising performance
Nice to Have (Not Core Focus)
  • Exposure to CRO and landing page optimisation
  • Understanding of SEO principles (supportive only, not execution‑focused)
  • Experience in regulated or compliance‑driven industries
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5+ years of hands‑on paid media experience (this is non‑negotiable)
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns at scale
  • Demonstrated experience managing significant ad budgets
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Paid media funnels
    • Conversion tracking
    • Attribution
  • High proficiency in:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
    • GA4 & Google Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
