A global leader in the BPO sector offering world-class CX and Service Centres at all their locations. They service industries such as eCommerce, Retail, Food Delivery, and Technology. Our client is looking for English Customer Service Agents that is excited about entering the international market.
Package
- R7000
- Night Shift Allowance up to R1,500.00.
- Transport subsidy Allowance up to R750.00
- Performance Incentive up to a maximum of R 2,000.00

Requirements
- English fluent
- High school qualification
- 1-year minimum working experience in a call center
- 6 months of International Exposure
- Availability to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment
- Open and comfortable to be exposed to highly sensitive and explicit content on a daily basis
- Ability to evaluate content in line with content and business policies
- Demonstrable computer literacy, MS Office skills, understanding of relevant software, and advanced internet functions
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows
- Adhere to strict deadlines
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
