Description

This role is responsible for the oversight, monitoring and leadership of the CLMO team which looks after the client lifecycle operations area within all BCB products including but not limited to on boarding, product activation, maintenance and off boarding.

Key Responsibilities

Creating an environment for the team that enables high levels of performance Capacity planning to ensure that the allocation of tasks is evenly distributed Assisting with the resolution of queries, reviewing, and managing operational issues Actively engaging with the business and other teams to develop information flows and efficiencies Continuously seek to enhance processes, create efficiencies, and ensure a consistent, seamless, frictionless, high touch client and internal stakeholder experience across all products Driving efficiencies through process and automation Involvement in group initiatives where changes impact the client lifecycle (on boarding, maintenance, and off boarding) Project involvement where necessary including the input into requirements and testing New products and product enhancement impact to BCB clients Management of exceptions reports to ensure client lifecycle is completed successfully The incumbent must be able to challenge processes ensuring client is always at the centre Oversight of reporting, analytics and reconciliation as necessary to ensure a stable risk and control environment Implementation and management of key risk and controls, and level one operational risk management

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Confident knowledge and understanding of FICA/AML and other regulations Knowledge and understanding of risk management Ability to engage and manage conflict Able to analyse and interpret information across multiple complex data sets to form a holistic view Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills Self-motivated Excellent written and verbal communication skills Resilient, responsible and accountable Analytical mind with high levels of attention to detail Able to report clearly and concisely Solid prioritisation, organisational and time management skills Ability to be a leader in complex change Exposure to CLM framework would be an advantage Competent work-appropriate computer skills (Word, Excel and internet research) Degree in legal, finance or business subject or at least 5 years relevant experience
