Job Requirements Experience

At least 5–10 years of experience in security services, with 2–5 years at a middle management level.

Ages between 35-50.

Own Vehicle.

Good Health.

Certification/Licensing

PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) registration - Grade A is required.

Knowledge Areas

Deep understanding of security investigations, physical security, IT/communication security, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) acts.

Ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments, implement security protocols, and manage technical systems like CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring.

In-depth knowledge of legal regulations, industry standards, and a commitment to integrity.

Skills

Analytical thinking, report writing, negotiation, and proficiency in operational security systems.

Proven experience in managing, training, and motivating security teams, with a focus on accountability and team safety.

Calmness under pressure, with the capability to make rapid, sound decisions during emergencies and develop effective, proactive crisis plans.

Strong verbal and written communication for reporting, liaising with stakeholders, and de-escalating conflict with empathy.
