Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive French-speaking Sales Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Process quotations, sales orders, and invoices
  • Liaise with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and queries
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and general sales-related administration
  • Follow up on outstanding orders and customer requests
  • Ensure excellent customer service and communication at all times


Minimum requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Sales Administrator or similar administrative role
  • Experience within the logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or related industry preferred
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
