What We Offer

Basic Salary:

R6,500+ per month

(Negotiable based on experience and proven track record)

Attractive Commission Structure:

10% of the first month’s policy premium revenue

Key Responsibilities

Contact telephonically and convert warm sales leads provided daily

Sell Health Insurance, Gap Cover, and Pet Insurance products

Conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable cover options

Achieve and exceed sales and conversion targets

Maintain accurate client and sales records

Ensure compliance with FAIS and internal sales quality standards

Deliver excellent customer service and professional client engagement

Follow up on leads and maximise conversion opportunities

Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in:

Insurance sales

Call centre sales

Medical aid, health insurance, or short-term insurance sales

Proven track record of sales conversion and target achievement

Strong communication and objection-handling skills

Ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment

RE5 Certification advantageous

Experience selling insurance products highly advantageous

Strong sales and negotiation ability

High energy and self-motivation

Resilient and target-driven

Ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly
