Digital Content Manager

who can turn data-driven insights into compelling, high-performing content that drives engagement, nurtures leads, and fuels revenue growth. This is an opportunity to shape the voice of a global brand while collaborating with world-class marketing, sales, and research teams. About the Role In this pivotal role, you will lead the planning, creation, optimisation, and distribution of digital content across multiple B2B channels. You’ll ensure that every piece of content — from thought leadership to campaign assets — is targeted to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and aligned to account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. Your goal: deliver content that not only informs but converts.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with global marketing objectives and regional growth targets Create and oversee production of high-quality digital content, including articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, and email campaigns Work closely with performance marketing teams to ensure content drives measurable results across paid, organic, and owned channelsCollaborate with Sales Enablement, Research, and Commercial teams to produce targeted ABM assets and industry-specific insights Ensure all content meets brand, tone, SEO, and compliance standards, including data privacy regulations (e.g., POPIA, GDPR) Analyse performance metrics and continuously optimise content for engagement and lead conversionWhat We’re Looking For Proven experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within technology, SaaS, or demand generation environments Strong editorial skills and the ability to turn complex data and insights into compelling, customer-focused content Experience managing content calendars, budgets, andexternal suppliers/agenciesWorking knowledge of ABM principles and ICP targeting Proficiency with CMS platforms, SEO best practices, and analytics tools Exceptional project management and stakeholder collaboration skills Why Apply?
