Direct message the job poster from COD Recruitment Salary: Market Related Location: KZN, Durban Qualifications>Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Science of Related Experience>7-10 years' experience with specific Commercial Construction Services background, managing complex commercial aspects of major projects Skills and Competences Analytical skills Knowledge of construction industry and materials• Attention to detail Team Management Problem Solving skills Duties and responsibilities>Consult clients to understand their requirements• Conduct feasibility studies to vet proposed projects • Calculate quantities and costs for materials, labour, timeframes • Prepare tender packages and contracts, including bills of quantities • Manage risk, value engineering and cost control measures• Analyze repair/maintenance costs a Negotiate contracts and schedules • Oversee and value subcontractors' work for payments • Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards a Continually assess value for the client's investment • Analyze outcomes and provide budget/progress reports• Advice on claims, disputes and any contractual issues Email CV in word document to Seniority level
