Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Representative to join our team. The role is 100%

remote.

Responsibilities

Lead technical interviews for U.S. job placements on behalf of our sales representatives.

Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth project execution.

Attend daily standups&scrum meetings to manage ongoing U.S. projects.

Advise and mentor engineers on technical best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.

7+ years of software development experience.

3+ years in a lead or architect role.

Fluent English (C1 level or higher).

Expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Angular.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
