Description
What is the role about? We are looking for an Internal Sales to join Endress+Hauser South Africa. To support Endress + Hauser day-to-day business through professional interaction with Customers, External Sales and close cooperation with all departments (i.e. Projects, Service, Logistics, and Finance), and providing Customer satisfaction.

Which tasks will you perform?

Generate and send out quotations based on Customer application requirements, RFQ’s and External Sales Representative’s tasks.

Follow up on quotations

Receive customer Purchase Orders and qualify for processing by Logistics department

Provide follow-up and delivery feedback to customers on their outstanding purchase orders.

Drive key performance metrics to achieve company goals

Assist External Sales Representative in achievement of annual sales budget.

Must have the ability to deliver written and spoken communication in a clear, comprehensive and well-structured manner.

Provide market feedback

Up Selling by offering complementary products in line with the company’s strategic growth initiatives and Cross Selling Factor (CSF)

Account, Opportunity and Lead Management through a Customer Relationship Management Process

Development of contact customers

What do we expect from you?

Matric + National Diploma or N6 or Trade Test in Instrumentation and Automation

3-5 Work experience in a Technical Sales environment

Valid Driver’s License

Excellent knowledge of Endress+Hauser products for the Process Instrumentation Industry

Knowledge in knowing how to apply added value services and strategic solutions to a customer

A sound technical knowledge and the ability to solve problems

Ability to work under pressure and at times extended hours to support customers.

Sound field instrumentation knowledge

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Very Good administrative skills and pays excellent attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and at times extended hours to support other team members

Suitable process and application knowledge of field instrumentation

Service orientated, with strong interpersonal skills. Interested in learning the customer’s requirements, solving problems and making the appropriate and profitable recommendations

Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette

Computer literate with very good knowledge of MS Office, CRM Systems and SAP

Can work independently
