Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue accurate sales and service quotations based on customer requirements and RFQs
Follow up on quotations to drive conversion and support revenue growth
Process customer orders and coordinate with logistics for efficient delivery
Provide customers with updates on order status and delivery timelines
Support External Sales Representatives in achieving sales targets
Deliver professional, solution-driven customer engagement and support
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Manage accounts, opportunities, and leads via CRM systems
Provide market insights and customer feedback
Build and develop strong customer and reseller relationships
Requirements
National Diploma, N6, or Trade Test in Instrumentation&Automation
±5 years’ experience in instrumentation (service, maintenance, projects, or sales)
Solid understanding of process instrumentation and its applications
Strong communication skills and a service-focused approach
Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Computer literate, with the ability to learn new systems quickly (you'll work with MS Office; CRM/SAP)
Valid driver’s license
