Job Description We are looking for a Flagship Store Manager to lead one of our most high-performing locations. The ideal candidate is highly organised, confident in managing a large team, and thrives in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role where policy, standards, and results matter.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the flagship store

Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures

Drive team performance, motivation, and sales targets

Maintain a high standard of store presentation and customer service

Lead with discipline, accountability, and strong attention to detail

We are looking for a serious, committed professional who is ready to lead with excellence. This is not an entry‑level or training role.

Requirements

5-10 years of Retail Management Experience.

Extremely organised with excellent memory recall.

Strong knowledge of systems and processes, as well as a high level of computer proficiency.

Excellent knowledge of luxury customer service.

Able to identify and action issues proactively, without the need for micromanagement.

Strong leadership with the ability to enforce company policies and procedures.

Deadline-driven, reliable, and solutions-focused.

Able to multitask effectively and remain calm under high‑pressure conditions.

Confident managing performance, delegating tasks, and leading by example.
