The Role Fedgroup's internal marketing team is looking for a Mid‑Senior Designer who understands that working within a brand system isn't a limitation—it's a launchpad. You'll take established templates and CI frameworks and find the creative opportunity inside the brief, elevating execution across every output.

This is a highly execution‑focused role with meaningful creative ownership. You'll work across digital campaigns, presentations, reports, email marketing, UI and broader marketing collateral for a specialist financial services provider that has been challenging the category since 1990.

You’ll be part of a tight, high‑performing multidisciplinary team that takes its work seriously without taking itself too seriously.

What You’ll Do

Design digital marketing assets across social, email and web

Create presentations and reports people actually want to open

Develop collateral that works effectively across channels and formats

Contribute to UI and digital product projects in Figma

Integrate AI‑assisted tools into your workflow to improve speed, thinking and execution

Refine and evolve templates and existing design systems where needed

Collaborate closely with designers, strategists and marketers to continuously raise the quality of work across the team

What You Bring

7+ years of professional design experience

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:

InDesign

Illustrator

Photoshop

Strong Figma and UI design capability

Practical understanding of AI‑assisted design workflows

A portfolio demonstrating range across:

Digital design

Print

Presentation design

UI

The ability to maintain high‑quality output across multiple projects and deadlines

Experience working either in‑house or within a high‑output agency environment

You understand the difference between work that is technically correct and work that is genuinely good, and you care deeply about closing the gap between the two.

You’re naturally curious and explore design beyond your immediate discipline, bringing that range into your work. You take ownership of briefs rather than waiting for someone else to define “good,” and you’re comfortable operating within compliance‑heavy environments without using constraintsas an excuse to play it safe.
