optimum plant performance and availability . Key Responsibilities

Ensure safe and efficient operation of plant processes. Support production targets by providing process technical expertise. Monitor plant health and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. Lead the onsite implementation of process changes. Provide input into process-related aspects of projects, including commissioning of new installations.Manage risks related to the protection of plant equipment. Train and support operators to maintain high performance standards. Minimum Requirements

Degree in

Chemical Engineering . Minimum

2 years experience

in an engineering or related field (preferred). Computer literacy is essential. Experience in

water treatment

will be advantageous. Must be a fast learner and able to work with minimal supervision. Own reliable transport required. Competencies

Strong problem-solving and improvement-driven mindset. Excellent time management and ability to work with urgency. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks. Self-motivated and proactive team player.
