Planner, Secunda

Overview Hire Resolve is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual for our client as a Planner. The Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The Planner will work closely with various departments to coordinate and manage projects, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals

Coordinate and manage projects, budgets, and timelines

Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with various departments to ensure project goals are met

Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management

Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans

Conduct research and market analysis to identify new opportunities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

Provide recommendations for process improvements

Participate in meetings and presentations as required

Requirements

Minimum 7-10 years experience in strategic planning

2 years experience in a senior / lead role advantageous

Proficient in MS Project and Primavera

Experience in the Engineering and Construction phase of planning within the chemical / petrochemical / oil and gas sector.

Valid code E / EB drivers license

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented and highly organized
