Minimum requirements

Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain / Logistics (preferred) 5–10 years’ warehouse/stores management experience Forklift license (essential); reach truck license (advantageous) Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, equipment, and barcoding Computer literate (MS Office) Strong leadership and organisational skillsResponsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, dispatch) Manage stock control, cycle counts, and annual stock takes Ensure accurate barcoding, bin locations, and inventory systems Supervise container handling, storage, and equipment usage Oversee forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and general equipment maintenanceEnsure compliance with health&safety standards (including inspections) Manage stores staff and drivers (training, scheduling, performance) Coordinate logistics, dispatch, and receiving operations Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organisation
