Principal Engineering Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer A large sized Consulting company with branches across South Africa and a reputation as an employer of choice are looking to hire a Principal Engineering Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer to join them in either Pretoria or Cape Town.

Job Information Location: South Africa

Salary: R1mil– R750k

Job Type: Permanent

Education: Preferably have an MSc level qualification (or higher) in geotechnical engineering/engineering geology, or significant demonstrable experience in geotechnical engineering as equivalent.

Preferred qualifications and requirements:

Preferably have an MSc level qualification (or higher) in geotechnical engineering/engineering geology, or significant demonstrable experience in geotechnical engineering as equivalent.

Regular interaction with external clients in the planning of projects and/or the completing of projects.

Be professionally registered with ECSA or SACNASP.

Experience on complex multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.

Flexibility around working hours and ability to travel freely.
