We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Insurance Consultant to assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance products and managing their policies. Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable products Present and explain insurance products clearly including terms, premiums, and benefits Process new policy applications, renewals, and amendments accurately Handle client queries, complaints, and claims support professionallyMaintain accurate client records and policy documentation Achieve individual sales and retention targets consistently Ensure full compliance with FAIS, FICA, and TCF requirements at all times Qualifications and Experience

2+ years of experience in insurance sales or consulting RE5 qualification and relevant FAIS credits required Strong knowledge of short-term or life insurance products Excellent communication and consultative sales skills Target-driven with a client-first approach High level of professionalism and ethical conductAbility to work independently in a fully remote environment NQF Level 4 qualification in Financial Services preferred Salary: R22,000/month + commission | 100% Remote
