Overview Pavago is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with sharp attention to detail, strong English communication skills, and a go-getter mindset. You’ll handle key administrative tasks with independence and proactive problem-solving, enabling the executive to focus on high-value priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Efficiently handle executive schedules, including client meetings, deal negotiations, and partnerships.

Communication: Display excellent English communication skills and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

Task Management: Utilize productivity tools to manage daily tasks, organize important documents, and handle Follow-up Boss CRM.

Financial Oversight: Support financial tasks using QuickBooks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Brand Management: Assist with visual communication tasks using Canva and other creative tools for marketing and presentations.

Required Experience&Skills

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience, preferably with executive-level professionals.

Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Follow-up Boss, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Canva, and QuickBooks.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations with ease.

Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and internal teams.

Independence: Ability to work independently yet in close collaboration with the executive.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like? Each day includes contributing to the executive's high-value activities by handling administrative tasks. You will coordinate schedules, organize meetings, manage communications, and assist with documentation. Your role will evolve as you increasingly take more responsibilities off the account executive's plate, enabling them to focus on client meetings, deal negotiations, and partnerships.

Interview Process

Initial Phone Call: A brief conversation to understand your experience and suitability for the role.

Video Interview: A 30-minute call to dive deeper into your professional background and assess your skills.

Final Client Interview: A comprehensive discussion with our client to ensure mutual alignment.
