Financial Manager– Supply Chain&Logistics Johannesburg North

An international logistics and supply chain business with its head office based in Johannesburg North is looking for a commercially sharp Financial Manager to partner with operations and drive performance across the business.

The Role You will take ownership of the full finance function while working closely with supply chain, logistics, and operational teams to drive cost control, reporting accuracy, and strategic insight.

Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Drive cost analysis across supply chain and logistics operations

Partner with operations to improve margins and efficiencies

Manage month-end, reporting packs, and variance analysis

Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance

Work closely with international stakeholders and head office

Support business growth through data-driven decision-making

What You Need to Bring

CA(SA) / CIMA or equivalent qualification

Strong experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational finance

Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Experience working with international reporting structures

Technical non-negotiables:

SAP experience

Advanced Excel (this is critical)

VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

IF functions

Pivot tables

Macros

(You will complete a technical Excel assessment as part of the process)
