Job Title: Designer&Webflow Developer Salary: 2,000-2,500 USD/month Working hours (EST) Position: Full Time, Independent Contractor Location: Remote (South Africa preferred) Department: Marketing&Growth Reports to: Head of Marketing Key Responsibilities

Web Design&Development

Design and build new pages, landing pages, and features for REcostseg.com and related microsites in Webflow. Ensure all web experiences are responsive, fast-loading, SEO-optimized, and aligned with RE Cost Seg’s brand guidelines. Implement CMS structures, filters, and personalization features in Webflow.

Creative Design&Campaign Assets

Develop high-impact ad creatives, graphics, and templates for paid media, email campaigns, and social channels. Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design deliverables.

CRO&Website Optimization

Partner with the Head of Marketing on A/B testing, CRO experiments, and funnel optimizations. Use data from HubSpot, analytics tools, and heatmaps to continuously improve site performance and conversion.

AI&Personalization

Leverage AI design tools and HubSpot CRM personalization to create segmented, tailored experiences for different investor personas (e.g., STR owners, CRE investors, CPAs, advisors). Collaborate with the marketing team to automate and scale personalized campaigns.

Collaboration&Workflow

Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure smooth execution of new features and campaigns. Contribute to design system documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience designing and developing in Webflow (portfolio required). Strong skills in UI/UX design and a sharp eye for clean, conversion-oriented design. Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for mockups and creative asset design. Experience running A/B tests and CRO experiments.Familiarity with HubSpot CMS/CRM and marketing automation tools. Comfortable experimenting with AI tools for design, personalization, and workflow optimization. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across marketing, product, and engineering teams. Bonus: Experience in real estate, tax, or financial services marketing.What We Offer
