Key responsibilities

Orchestrate digital brilliance

— manage Google&Facebook ads, oversee creative development, and partner with agencies for performance-driven campaigns.

Bring content to life

— create monthly content briefs, coordinate with designers, and keep our social channels vibrant and on-brand.

Own the numbers

— lead marketing performance reporting, spot trends, and turn insights into action.

Boost our presence

— manage Google Business Profiles, liaise with SEO experts, and keep our website content optimised.

Level up engagement

— build and refine CRM workflows, craft engaging email campaigns, and collaborate on lead generation strategies.

Lead with style

— brief and support our in-house designer, track deliverables, and champion a culture of quality.

Knowledge and experience

A degree in

Business Management or Marketing .

1–2 years

of digital marketing experience (bonus points for agency or multi-platform expertise).

Fluency in Portuguese

(plus a deep understanding of Portuguese culture).

Hands-on experience with

Meta Business Suite, Airtable, HubSpot, and Google Analytics .
