The company is seeking an experienced and self-driven Assistant Accountant and Internal Control Manager to assist CFO in managing financial requirements, debtors and creditors as well as stock accounts in a growing Citrus producing and exporting company. Assistance in complying with statutory requirements and secretarial services for the company.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Relevant Tertiary degree in accounting, auditing or management accounting

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role.

Ability to identify problem areas and potential risk.

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Accuracy is a key attribute.

Attention to detail.

Excellent administrative and computer literacy skills.

Proven ability in planning, coordination, and analytical thinking.

Strong leadership and people management track record and ability to work as part of a team.

Willingness to travel between different farms

Must be in good physical health, able to work long hours.

Willing to reside in a remote area (far from urban centres).
