Oversee daily kitchen preparation and service Supervise, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff Assist with stock control, ordering, and hygiene compliance Maintain food quality and presentation standards Assume full kitchen responsibility in the Head Chef’s absence Requirements

Proven Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef experience Safari lodge or remote kitchen exposure preferred Leadership strength and operational discipline Excellent organisational and kitchen administration skills Remuneration&Benefits

Salary 14000.00 paid in Namibian Dollars / South African Rands Live-in shared accommodation Annual leave When on leave / passage home covered by the company Applications are open to Namibian and South African citizens only.
