The company currently has a vacancy for a commercially minded Financial Manager to drive business performance and growth through effective financial and commercial planning.

Key responsibilities

Timeous and accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports

Product costing and international procurement (negotiation, contracting etc.)

Budgeting and forecasting

Cash flow planning

Monthly reconciliations, accruals, and journals

Income tax and VAT compliance

Reviewing and improving internal financial controls

Stock taking

Staff management and support to the finance, HR and IT Teams

Year-end audit preparation

Risk management

Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant

At least 10 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role with minimum 5 years in a senior financial leadership role

Strong commercial background and experience

Sound negotiation skills
