Systems Delivery Coordinator

to help orchestrate successful project outcomes and ensure seamless delivery across teams.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate and support

end‑to‑end delivery of systems and projects

Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure

alignment, progress, and timely delivery

Track project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives

Identify and mitigate

risks and blockers

early, ensuring smooth execution

Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including

technical teams and leadership

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting using tools like

JIRA and Confluence

Drive

continuous improvement

in delivery processes and workflows

What You Bring Experience

6 to 10 years in

systems coordination, project coordination, project management and or IT delivery support

Experience working in

Agile and/or project management environments

Tools&Technical Skills

Proficiency in:

JIRA

Confluence

Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Core Competencies Project&Delivery Management

Ability to coordinate complex, cross‑functional initiatives within scope, time, and budget

Solution‑Oriented Thinking

Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical, high‑quality solutions
