We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Business Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. Responsibilities include: Data-led actionable insights Improved reporting Supporting strategic initiatives Optimising commercial decision-making This position is a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to spend 40–60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at a dedicated location, with other flexible arrangements considered from day one.About You

We are looking for someone with: At least 3 years of experience in a commercial, financial, or business analyst role focused on financial systems Strong knowledge of ERP platforms, accounting software, and financial reporting tools Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems such as Bookmaster, SAP, or similar platformsSolid understanding of IFRS, with experience in SQL or other data querying languages advantageous Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines Strong organizational skills and analytical problem-solving capabilities Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholdersRewards and benefits
