Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders for key accounts
Arrange deliveries with logistics and follow through until stock is received
Book timeslots, coordinate deliveries, and handle after‑hours enquiries
Liaise with cold store, procurement and logistics
Maintain purchase orders, update pricing in SAP, and generate reports
Monitor stock levels and alert the Sales Manager of low stock
Assist with samples, promotional activities, and client distribution centres
Support finance with credit queries and handle invoice follow‑up
Provide relief for team members and resolve customer complaintsPrepare reports in Excel and PowerPoint
Requirements
Minimum Matric qualification
At least 2 years of administration experience (mid‑senior level)
Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage
Excellent telephone etiquette and strong written/ verbal communication
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and work independently
High attention to detail, problem‑solving skills and flexibility
Open to learning new systems and processes
What’s on Offer Permanent employment with a six‑month probation period. Working hours are Monday‑Friday 08:00–17:00, occasional Saturdays may be required. Salary details are not disclosed in the posting.
