The right person for this role will be drawn not just by the compensation, but by the calibre of the clients they'll be managing and the reputation that comes with doing this job well.The Role You'll own a portfolio of 15-20 clients end-to-end. You are the face of Scaletopia to the client. You know what's happening across their accounts, you translate performance into clear client language, you build relationships strong enough to generate referrals, and you spot when an account needs attention before the client does.What You'll Own Client Relationships Own 15-20 accounts as the primary point of contact, building relationships that go beyond the transactional Lead regular client check-ins (weekly or bi-weekly), you run the conversation, you don't just present a deck Stay ahead of account health: identify concerns before they escalate, never let a client feel like a numberBuild the kind of rapport that leads to long-term retention, upsells, and referrals Account Growth Identify upsell and service expansion opportunities within existing accounts and move them toward conversion Actively cultivate referrals and warm introductions from satisfied clients Position Scaletopia's full service offering at the right moments in the client relationshipReporting and Client Communication Translate campaign data (reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline contribution) into clear, confident client updates Communicate client sentiment, account health, and relationship status internally so every team member knows where each account stands Flag risks and wins early, you are the client's voice inside ScaletopiaInternal Coordination Bridge the gap between clients and the GTM, data, and inbox management teams Escalate issues to the right internal owner quickly, with full context, without pulling clients into internal complexity Keep clients informed of timelines, progress, and results with no surprisesYou're the right fit if: You have concrete examples of accounts you've grown, not just retained You think in outcomes: client longevity, expansion revenue, and referrals are how you measure yourself You run client conversations with confidence, not from a script You are proactive by default and never wait for a client to raise a concern firstYou've worked in a marketing agency, lead gen, or B2B environment managing multiple accounts Bonus:
