As we expand our AI-powered operations, we’re looking for a Go To Market (GTM) Strategist to join our team and help supercharge our outbound strategies, campaign delivery, and data enrichment capabilities.About This Position

You’ll work closely with the leadership team to build and manage outbound campaigns, optimise GTM systems, and integrate AI tools and automation into high-performance workflows. This is a foundational role with room to grow into product, client success, or strategy. Full-Time Base Structure + CommissionRemote-First (South Africa-based) Experience with tools like Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Proficiency in data collection, enrichment, and segmentation Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for marketing and sales execution Comfortable building GTM campaigns end-to-end with clear performance metricsExcellent written communication and systems-oriented mindset Responsibilities

Manage outbound campaigns and audience targeting Scrape and enrich B2B lead data and build curated prospect lists Automate workflows using Smartlead, Clay, Make.com and related tools Leverage AI tools for campaign messaging and content generation Analyse GTM campaign performance and report strategic recommendationsWorking Conditions
