IT Auditor

to support one of our UK partners, a firm committed to helping clients understand and manage technology-related risks in an evolving digital landscape.

In this role, youll work closely with IT and audit teams to plan, execute, and report on IT audits. Youll also have the opportunity to explain complex controls in plain language, develop junior colleagues, and ensure clients meet both regulatory and internal expectations.

What Youll Do

Plan and deliver IT audit assignments within agreed timelines

Assess IT general controls across areas like access management, change control, and governance

Prepare clear, well-structured IT audit reports

Conduct interviews with client IT teams and stakeholders

Work closely with the broader audit team to integrate IT risk considerations

Support and mentor junior trainees within the team

What Were Looking For

Hands-on experience in IT auditing

Strong knowledge of ITGCs and IT risk frameworks

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to explain IT risks and controls to non-technical audiences

Experience working in an accountancy practice or with ISA 315 (preferred)

Bachelors degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar (desirable)

CISA certification (an advantage, but not essential)
