Develop and implement robust business development strategies under the guidance of our Group Operational Leadership. Collaborate with management teams to align strategies with company objectives. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across various market segments. Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.Grow existing product ranges and introduce new products/services. Familiarize yourself with workshop disciplines to market service capabilities effectively. Prepare regular reports on business growth and customer feedback. Mentor and lead a team, fostering continuous improvement. Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Warehouse functions for efficient operations.Provide guidance and training to the Internal Sales function for improved customer satisfaction. Profile

Proven record of accomplishment in business development, preferably in automotive aftermarket, tools, cleaning solutions, or power generation sectors. Strong strategic and commercial acumen. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.Leadership potential with aspirations for senior roles. What We Offer
