My client is in search of a Country Operations Manager for their well-established global brand in the mining/engineering arena. They are specifically seeking individuals that can run with multiple projects. Duties&Responsibilities

Role's Purpose: Ensure that the whole management function is running smoothly on multiple sites. Having commercial experience would be a huge advantage. Experience&Qualification Criteria: Degree in Mining, Engineering, Project Management, or Mine Overseer 9+ years of industry experience Knowledge running the full function for multiple project sites, and strong leadership, is required Primary Responsibilities: General site management of multiple projects (sound mining/engineering technical knowledge)Fully operational (hands-on experience) Engaging with clients on a regular basis as well as networking on various levels Managing the HR function (unions, wage negotiations) Managing the financial function (Budgeting, forecasting) How to Apply: If you meet the above requirements, please send your resume
