Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
Full-Cycle Recruiter
with a strong agency background who can independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This role requires a proactive hunter mindset, someone who can source candidates through multiple channels, manage high-volume pipelines, and confidently close top talent.
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting candidates while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
Conduct high-volume outbound sourcing using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and alternative sourcing channels
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple roles
Develop creative sourcing strategies and surface candidates through non-traditional avenues
Qualify candidates using structured screening frameworks including familiarity with Boolean search techniques
Manage candidate communications and drive engagement throughout the hiring process
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Track recruitment metrics and optimise processes to improve speed and quality of hires
Confidently handle offer negotiations and close candidates effectively
3+ years of agency recruitment experience (mandatory)
Proven track record in high-volume sourcing and placements
Strong expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
Demonstrated ability to source candidates independently without relying on inbound applicants
Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong closing skills with the ability to convert candidates into hires
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working with ATS or CRM systems and recruitment tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
