Key Responsibilities

Act as HR Business Partner to Support Office employees across the full lifecycle

Partner with leadership on workforce planning and performance management

Support employee relations ensuring fairness and compliance

Enable and guide Property HR teams on HR frameworks and practices

Oversee payroll coordination and validate workforce data

Analyse data trends and provide actionable insights

Manage Employment Equity reporting and statutory submissions

Ensure compliance with BCEA, LRA, Employment Equity Act, and POPIA

Maintain audit-ready HR data and reporting standards

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in HR or Industrial Psychology (NQF 6–7)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in HRBP/generalist role (multi-site)

Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation

Proven experience in payroll, workforce analytics, and reporting

Strong analytical and decision-making capability
