Key Responsibilities

Design structured learning content aligned to business needs.

Develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 or similar tools.

Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Learning&Development, Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia/Graphic Design or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in content development, instructional design or eLearning development.

Familiarity with Articulate 360, LMS platforms (Thrive), Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe tools (Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro– advantageous).

Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, creativity, ability to simplify complex information and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
