Basic salary: R75 000 per month 50% medical aid contribution (up to a maximum of R3 268) 6% pension fund contribution Group life cover Funeral plan Income protection/security cover Our client, a well-established organisation within the production and equipment services industry, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their Cape Town team.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, cash flow management, operational finance processes, and effective team management. Key Responsibilities

Manage the full finance function and oversee daily financial operations Authorise invoices, supplier payments, journals, and financial transactions in line with company policies and budgets Prepare and manage budgets, management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports Perform balance sheet reconciliations, debtor and creditor reviews, and tax calculationsMonitor debtors ageing and follow up on outstanding or problematic accounts Review and approve payroll, overtime, leave, and related payroll submissions Ensure inventory management systems accurately align with financial records Manage internal and external audits and ensure regulatory and financial complianceOversee procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and cost‑saving initiatives Prepare reports for management and relevant stakeholders Lead, support, and manage a small finance team Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure operational efficiency across the finance department Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Finance Management role Previous experience managing a team is essential Strong operational accounting and finance management experience Experience within manufacturing, production, operations, or similar industries would be advantageousExperience with inventory management and inventory systems is highly advantageous Exposure to SAP and/or InspHire would be beneficial Strong analytical, organisational, and reporting skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
