About the role Reporting to the Managing Director, you will act as a key support function across the business— coordinating project activities, managing executive administration, and ensuring the smooth execution and follow-through of business priorities across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Managing Director
Manage a busy diary, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Track project timelines, action items, and deliverables across the business
Support operational coordination between departments and stakeholders
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and operational documents
Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Maintain organised records, files, and operational documentation
Assist with travel arrangements and ad hoc operational tasks
What you'll need
3–5 years' experience in a project coordination, executive assistant, or administrative role
Background in a project-based or operational environment advantageous
Experience working across international or multi-regional operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general business systems
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, discreet, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
