10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities
Review, evaluate, and refine interview content related to video editing and post-production workflows. Assess technical execution, narrative structure, and creative choices in video editing materials. Provide detailed feedback on storytelling, pacing, and editing decisions to improve content quality.Evaluate and enhance AI-generated interview materials for authenticity and clarity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the accuracy of training data and evaluation protocols. Ensure audio synchronization, color correction, and motion graphics meet industry best practices. Requirements
Have a minimum of professional video editing experience. Demonstrate expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut. Possess a strong grasp of storytelling, narrative structure, cutting, and pacing techniques. Have proven experience in audio editing and synchronization. Have a solid understanding of color correction, color grading, and motion graphics basics.
