Responsibilities

Preparation and compilation of monthly management reports

Monthly journal entries

Payroll duties

Submissions of VAT201, EMP201, and EMP501

Payment of monthly and weekly invoices

Managing the finance administrator

Compiling annual budgets and monthly targets

Receipting and reconciling cash books to bank statements

Preparation of year-end audit files and addressing audit queries

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Finance

Property experience advantageous

Advanced Excel Capability

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong teamwork, co-ordination, and planning, self-driven, and ability to work at pace in a dynamic organization

Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
