As the dedicated sell-side advisory arm of Palmstone Capital ($14B+ in transaction volume), we combine institutional infrastructure with a focused sell-side practice.About The Role

Winfield Thorne advises founders and business owners on liquidity events— exits and capital raises between £2M and £100M. These transactions represent decades of work. Your role is to guide them through the most significant financial decision of their lives. We solve origination: you won’t cold-call or chase leads. You will work a pipeline of founders and CEOs whohave responded positively to outreach. Your job is to schedule the call, run discovery, build trust, and close the mandate. This is a high-velocity sales role with 15–20+ calls per day to engaged prospects, fast follow-up cycles, full pipeline ownership, and a focus on closing rather than slow-burn enterprise sales.Compensation

Base: R25,000–R30,000/month OTE: R60,000+/month (uncapped) Top performers: R150,000+/month Paid in USD equivalent Clear path to VP What You’ll Do

Schedule calls with interested leads who have engaged with outreach Lead discovery calls with business owners across the UK and Europe Qualify deals and uncover seller motivations Negotiate and close engagement letters Manage client relationships through the transaction lifecycle Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and rapid follow-upWho You Are

3–7 years in B2B sales or commercial finance (business lending, asset finance, enterprise sales, private wealth, real estate, or similar) Fluent English with the presence to advise founders twice your age Sharp — M&A background not required, but you’ll learn fast through our training Ownership mentality — you don’t blame leads, timing, or the market Coachable — you take feedback directly and adjust fast Thrive under volume — a full calendar energizes you, not overwhelms you Relentless — this isn’t a 9-5.
