Unemployment Insurance Act, UIF Regulations, Public Financial Management Act, Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Treasury Regulations, Batho Pele Principles, UIF and Department of Labour policies . Skills in
interviewing, communication (verbal and written), computer literacy, conflict management, time management, customer relations, and analytical thinking . Ability to
interpret legislation , provide customer service, and handle administrative tasks efficiently. The primary duties of a Client Service Officer include: Screening and assisting applicants for UIF benefits. Processing
applications and payment contribution forms . Performing general
administrative tasks
to support labour centre operations. Ensuring adherence to
UIF and departmental policies . Maintaining accurate records and reporting. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining professionalism. How to Apply
