Midnight Foundation is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution across complex, multi-party technical programs, including protocol development, infrastructure, validators, wallets, and partners. The role translates protocol work into clear execution plans, aligns cross-functional teams, and ensures launches and upgrades are delivered with precision and reliability.Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across protocol, infrastructure, tooling, and ecosystem integrations Translate engineering roadmaps into executable plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and success criteria Serve as the central coordination point across engineering, architecture, product, governance, security, infrastructure, and external partnersAlign internal teams and vendors on scope, timelines, testing responsibilities, and go-live criteria Ensure technical requirements are clearly documented, understood, and met across stakeholders Identify and manage technical and operational risk across distributed systems Ensure clear expectations and timelines for partner and ecosystem testingOversee execution of technical partnership agreements and vendor deliverables Ensure partner workstreams align with Midnight’s technical architecture and roadmap Track performance, surface risks early, and drive resolution Provide clear, structured updates to leadership on progress, risks, and decisionsEnsure stakeholders have shared visibility into status and next steps What We’re Looking For

5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager in highly technical environments Strong working understanding of blockchain systems (L1/L2s, validators, nodes, wallets, infra) Experience managing programs involving distributed systems, production launches, and external partners Proven ability to manage ambiguity, shifting requirements, and parallel workstreamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Nice to Have

Comfort working with engineering artifacts (technical specs, GitHub, release plans)
