Financial Manager, Soweto

This established manufacturing and production-focused organisation is seeking a dynamic Financial Manager who can confidently oversee the technical finance function while actively engaging in the operational side of the business. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys being hands‑on, working closely with production teams, and contributing to the company’s strategic and operational performance. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, supporting business decisions, and ensuring strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

Full financial management, including reporting, budgeting and forecasting

Oversee costing, stock, production analysis and operational finance processes

Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance and production environment

Manage cash flow, working capital and internal controls

Partner with operational leaders to support strategic initiatives and business performance

Job Experience and Skills Required

Articles completed, with 5 years' post-articles experience

Strong experience within a production / manufacturing environment

Hands‑on approach, able to operate at both technical and operational levels

Excellent business acumen, problem‑solving ability and leadership capability

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
