Responsibilities

Develop

screeners, discussion guides, and surveys

for qualitative and quantitative Research projects.

Lead

day-to-day fieldwork coordination , liaising with partners and keeping clients informed throughout.

Analyse and interpret

qualitative and quantitative data , turning insights into compelling narratives.

Create

visually engaging PowerPoint reports , ensuring findings are easy to digest and visually appealing.

Attend and contribute to

client meetings

and

presentations , both virtually and in person (with occasional travel opportunities).

Manage research projects

from start to finish , ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.

Support business development through

proposal writing and research planning .

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of

3 years' experience

in market research, ideally with a healthcare focus.

Hands-on experience in both

qualitative and quantitative methodologies .

Proven track record of

end-to-end project management .

Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and accurately.

Excellent working knowledge of

Microsoft Excel

and

PowerPoint .

Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and client engagement.
