R30K - R45K per month Responsibilities

Design, execute,&document manual test cases across web apps (front/backend event management). Build and maintain lightweight automated tests to accelerate regression coverage over time. Work with product managers, developers, sales,&support to ensure quality across release lifecycle. Report defects clearly and confidently, with actionable detail and stakeholder awareness. Contribute to shaping the QA strategy, balancing risk and coverage in a fast-moving startup context. Qualifications

2 - 3 years of QA experience, with exposure to both manual and automated testing. Ability to confidently handle both UI testing and backend/API/database testing. Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Robot, or similar). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and testing in agile sprint cycles.Excellent communication skills: can write crisp bug reports and explain issues to non-technical stakeholders. Self-driven, curious, and adaptable, thrives in a small business where things move quickly. Some exposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems. Experience in ticketing, booking, or event management platforms.Prior experience in a startup or small team. Additional details
